Isleta Elder PCS assists elder and/or disabled adults over the age of twenty-one (21).  PCS enables an individual to live the comfort of their home and maintain the highest level of independence.

A PCS Aide is placed in the client’s home to assist with a variety of services.  Clients have the opportunity to choose an individual to be their PCS Aide or our PCS Manager will assign one to the client.

Services offered include:

~  Bowel and Bladder Services
~  Supportive Mobility Assistance
~  Household and Support Services
~  Meal Planning, Preparation & Assistance Eating
~  Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming and
Dressing)
