Training’s (via monthly General Meetings) in Nutritional Awareness, Education Health Awareness, and health screenings are offered during scheduled meetings.

Caregiver Training is offered to family members and other individuals who care for their loved ones through a caregiver education class offered periodically at the Center.

Information Resource Center is supplied with reference materials for caregivers.  Books and videos are available on loan and wide selections of situational pamphlets are available for free.

Fitness Corner provides treadmills and stationary bikes for use by elders Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Computer Access is available to elders Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Please call ahead to schedule.

Durable Medical Equipment (Limited) is made available on loan. Call the Center for a list of equipment that is currently available.

Senior Olympics Sports Equipment is made available for check-out.
