The Pueblo of Isleta Gaming Regulatory Agency provides oversight to all gaming activities within the exterior boundaries of the Pueblo of Isleta.
The Pueblo of Isleta Gaming Regulatory Agency develops, maintains and enforces all regulations, policies and procedures promulgated in conformance with tribal laws, federal laws and the Indian Gaming Compact between the Pueblo of Isleta and the state of New Mexico.
The Pueblo of Isleta Gaming Regulatory Agency and staff are committed to enforcing all applicable gaming laws while providing exceptional customer service to all employees, vendors and the public by promoting a positive professional and unbiased approach.
The Gaming Regulatory is an arm of the tribal government and was established for the exclusive purpose of regulating and monitoring gaming on behalf of the Pueblo. The purpose of a tribal gaming commission is regulatory not managerial. A tribal gaming Regulatory conducts oversight to ensure compliance with federal, tribal, laws and regulations. The charter document for the Isleta Pueblo Gaming Regulatory ensures that the commission is an independent body, separated completely from the Pueblo’s role as owner and operator of the Pueblo’s gaming activities.
